By June 2024, guests will have the opportunity to luxuriate in a 12 x 24-foot, Heated Pool overlooking the stunning Sea of Abaco/Marina. Imagine taking a refreshing dip while soaking in panoramic views of the Bahamian Seas and the Atlantic Ocean, creating unforgettable memories in this tropical paradise.

Several sport activities can be arranged: crystal kayaks, paddleboards, and wakeboarding excursions. Unwind on three private beaches, each offering its own unique charm, from the tranquility of South Beach to the breathtaking vistas of Sunset Beach. Delight in world-class fishing expeditions or explore the vibrant marine life while snorkeling with sea turtles at Green Turtle Cay.

Guests of this vacation rental can have access to three boats. Use of one of the 33-foot Boston Whalers (6 Hours/day) is included with each booking! Additionally, there are TWO 33-foot Boston Whalers with Two 350 HP Engines and a private Bathroom, each accommodating up to 12 passengers. For smaller groups, there’s one 22-foot Rabolo with One 250 HP Engine, perfect for up to 8 passengers. Boat use hours are flexible and can be rearranged to different days for your convenience. Should you wish for additional boat use beyond the included hours, it is available at $200 per hour during the day and $450 per hour after sunset. Please note that fuel costs are not included in the boat use fees.
