Our website works with the importation of iCal links provided by homeowners. In order to avoid booking overlaps, it is extremely important to be coordinated with clarity.

In case you use different calendars on different platforms, you can add as many iCal links as you need. 
If you click “Yes”, you will receive instructions from our representative on how to import our calendar into yours. When instant booking is allowed, it doesn't require any kind of approval from the owner or property manager prior to confirming the booking.

Please fill in the rates for the next 2 years. Our website reflects final prices so the nightly rate provided in this form should be inclusive of VAT if applicable. The payout will be calculated based on the nightly rates that you input here.

Define a season to cover a continuous period of time. If you have the same rate for two different times of the year, you will have to mark them as two separate seasons.

Standard Season: the period of time during which regular rates apply without any special discounts or surcharges. This will be considered the default pricing period.
